Dear Darren

Just a note to thank to thank CES for a brilliant  job on my new front door and bay window. Such an improvement !

The two workmen did an excellent job. I was especially impressed with Lee who as well as fitting the window, noticed that I needed some plastic covering under the window in order for it all to match. He took it upon himself to order a peice, go and get it, ensuring a perfect finish - a credit to CES !

They both cleaned up afterwards, insisting they did it themselves and left the place very tidy.

Hopefully, I will be ordering a patio window for the kitchen later in the year.

I feel I must write this letter to compliment your company on our recently finished windows.

You hear so many horror stories about Double Glazing companies that it becomes a nightmare of who to choose and trust. However with your company from the outset everyone has been very friendly and efficient.

My initial enquiry at the showroom was dealt with promptly and in a professional manner and the return call was very speedy.

The initial meeting with yourself and quotation was very swiftly dealt with, and the surveyor to measure the windows came when you said.

The fitters were both very friendly and finished the job in a tidy, professional manner.

Even Lisa at the office was very pleasant when we spoke about payment!

I am very pleased with the quality of the product, the finish is excellent, and the company service has been second to none.

I would have no hesitation at all to recommend your company to anyone who may be considering having replacement windows or doors.

Now the Job is complete I wish now that I had had the back door replaced too! Whilst at the office Lisa gave me some information about doors, I would be most grateful if you would prepare me a quote for a London Door with Volans Style glass as a back door without letter box,
